OUR POLICY

To schedule an appointment, a valid credit card must be kept on file. This applies even if you plan to pay using a different credit card at the time of service. We accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover Card, Apple, Samsung, and Google Pay. We do not accept cash or check payments.

Products that have been unopened and the original packaging have not been damaged, are eligible for an exchange within 7 days of purchase. Unfortunately, after 7 days all sales are final. All rendered services are non-refundable.

It is recommended to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment to give yourself enough time to find parking, the building entrance, and make it to the studio to fill-out paperwork if you have not already done so ahead of time, or have changes to make regarding your previous medical history. We do not have a waiting area so you will not be able to enter the studio until your scheduled appointment time. Children, guests and pets are not permitted into the studio. Only you and your esthetician will be allowed into the treatment room. We value your safety and strictly enforce this policy. We also kindly ask that outside food and drink is finished and disposed of prior to entering the studio.

If you arrive 15 minutes late to your appointment, depending on the service that is scheduled, if time permits your appointment may need to modified. Regretfully, the appointment may even need to be rescheduled if the service cannot be completed within the allotted time of your appointment. Appointments cannot be extended and we will still have to end your treatment at the scheduled end time. You will still be charged the cost of your scheduled treatment.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late or we have not heard from you, the appointment will be considered cancelled and you will be charged for the entire scheduled appointment.

We recognize everyone has busy schedules and full of the unexpected. As a courtesy, all clients will receive an appointment confirmation 72 hours prior to their scheduled appointment and an appointment reminder 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment to their email and/or text on file. This allows for time to reschedule your appointment if needed without incurring a late cancellation fee. Not receiving an electronic notification of your appointment does not exempt clients from the late cancellation/no show fee since you received an appointment confirmation upon scheduling for your service.

If you must cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Should you cancel within the 24-hour period prior to your service, you will be charged 50% of the service price. Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled services.

When you miss an appointment, we lose not only your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment at the same time. We appreciate your understanding.

All studio clients must be 12 years of age or older. Any minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during the entire appointment. All minors must have consent forms signed by a parent or legal guardian.

In order to maintain a healthy environment within the studio, we ask that you reschedule or cancel your appointment if you are sick or under the weather. It is not recommended to receive a facial while sick as sometimes skin manipulation can exacerbate symptoms.

Please refrain from talking on your cell phone upon entering the studio. We ask that cell phones be placed on silent at the start of the appointment so you may experience a thoroughly relaxing service.
